南方高温高湿地区牧场盈利关键点之一降低公斤奶成本,降低公斤奶成本并非是减少优质饲料的使用,更重要的是提高成母牛单产,正常运转的规模化牧场提高单产重要的是长期抓好生产细节管理、牛群健康监控、优化配方。下面是5000头规模化牧场泌乳牛单产29kg提升至36.72kg经验分享。

三、牧场配方由肖玲做出整改方案:
1、调整后粪便筛2层比例明显降低,3层比例增多。
2、调整后行走评分1分比例提高到86%
3、调整后:产奶高峰提前并且产量增加。2胎增长3kg,3胎增长将近2kg

经过长期努力与牧场配合现牧场存栏5173头,成母牛单产35.57kg,泌乳牛单产36.72kg,乳脂率4.45,乳蛋白3.49,细菌数0.75万,体细胞20.2万,平均泌乳天数150天。
